Ordering Policy
All orders are subject to availability. Сhicken Road Best may limit quantities or decline requests. A confirmation email does not guarantee preparation until items are cooked.
Payments
We accept multiple payment options. All transactions are processed in INR and include applicable taxes. We are not liable for extra fees imposed by your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed up to 25 minutes before cooking begins. Late cancellations may incur extra charges. Catering orders must be canceled at least 36 hours in advance.
Delivery Terms
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We are not responsible for factors beyond our control.
Allergen Advisory
Despite precautions, cross-contact with allergens may occur. Guests with serious allergies should consult staff before ordering and assume personal responsibility.
